Factory Details
Our manufacturing unit is located in Mumbai at Kandivali (W). It includes the chemical zone, which is notified by the Government of India, along with rubber processing machineries, testing laboratory and tool room. We cater to the OEMs in India as well as overseas. Our raw materials are purchased from recognized and reputed quality control manufacturers. Before taking the raw materials for production,  we test them for quality control measures and then, take them for compounding to check the plasticity. Our highly qualified rubber compounding technologists have a rich experience of 25 years. The complete production is being tested, right from the initial stage of moulding 'O'-Rings, Oil Seals, Gaskets, Diaphragms, etc. We remove one sample of each die and they are dimensionally inspected by digital Vernier Calipers and the hardness is inspected by imported Hardness Tester. We even observe other physical tests as recommended by our purchasers. Our finished products are dimensionally and physically tested. Additionally, we provide our chemical report to confirm the polymer and its property.

We Manufacture
Apple Rubber manufactures Teflon encapsulated O-rings in a wide range of sizes including all types of rubber for various applications such as oil, gases, corrosive chemicals, salts, etc. We have about 50,000 dies in ready stock and we supply many sizes readily available with us to many reputed organizations. We have our own Mixing Mill Unit, where quality control takes place under highly qualified rubber technologists.

In our manufacturing facility, we have a team of professionals headed by Production Supervisor and Technical Manager to assist quality. It also includes the marketing executives with knowledge of rubber industry and its applications. Our technical people will support you and get in touch with you, whenever required for personal discussion and development.

Our Successfully Developed Custom-Built Product Range

Transparent Silicone Rubber: Its tubing is done by hot air/infra red/micro wave curing system. Our material is of food/pharma/medical grade. This tubing can be autoclaved many times, without having a change in its physical nature. Our material is specially formulated with imported rubber from USA and medical grade curing agent. We offer any size to your requirement (from 0.5 mm ID) delivered within a week. We do not recommend silicone rubber for medical implant grade, but it can be used externally. Our material can withstand all the tests inclusive of the human blood for long period. Thus, during operation you can pass any fluid in our material which is non toxic. However, we recommend to sterilize it before use in closed chamber (free from bacteria/algae/moisture free atmosphere) in the medical or food industry to get the best result. .

Hydraulic Application: U-Seal, V-Seal, Chevron Packing, Canvas Seal, Wiper Seal, Glyd Ring, V-Ring (A&S type), Oil Seal (MI, MO, MOC type) in Nitrile, Neoprene, Polyurethane, Acrylic, EPDM, Viton, Silicone Rubber

Pneumatic Application: V-Seal, Diaphragm, Piston Seal, O-Ring, Slide Ring, T-Ring, Hydro Pneumatic Seal, etc. in Polyurethane, Nitrile, Neoprene, Viton, Silicone, etc. It even includes Actuator Valve, Solenoid Valve, Rubber Diaphragm with Cotton, Nylon, Rayon, Wire, Teflon Laminated, Teflon Padded, etc. in different rubber varieties such as Viton, Silicone, EPDM, Butyl, Neoprene, etc.

Engineering Industry: Tailor made components as per the parties drawing and specifications such as Gasket, O-Ring, Chevron Packing, Silicone Sponge, Moulded and Extruded Viton Cord, Silicone Moulded Cord, Sheet, etc.

Chemical & Pharmaceutical Industry: Transparent Silicone Tubing, Coloured Silicone Tubing, Viton Sponge Sheet

Specialty: Teflon Coated Viton/Silicone O-Ring, KALREZ-O-Ring, Silicone Carbide Mechanical Seal, Rubber Sheet, Rubber Hose, Expansion Joint, Tube, Bellow, U-Seal, Chevron Packing, Laminated Rubber Diaphragm, Teflon Tube (coloured/transparent). Teflon welded products are our latest addition. Modified PTFE Resins have the capability of welding grades FEP and PFA.
