Our range of silicone coloured profile are made from imported and Indian grade silisatic silicone transparent tubings which are of bio-pharmaceutical grade. Further the use of cured silicone and their processing to “ari 40”, ari “50” , ari “65” formulation specifications make them extensively being used many other applications like in making of tubing, hose or other molded products.

We conduct all our manufacturing, inspection & packing operations in a class 1000 clean room environment which enables us to bring in them better quality features and also help us to monitor complete production operations right from its inspection stage to the final shipment of the consignment.

Features:

Our products are stable through out a temperature range of –100 degree f to 450 degree f.
The use of quality silicone in its manufacturing makes them capable of multiple autoclaving, resistant to adhesion of blood & tissue because of the exceptional smoothness of it’s inner diameter and other physical properties.
Using silicone as the base product makes our products resistant against moisture, ozone, radiation, weathering, compression set and other chemical agents.
Option of physio-chemical testing for plastics.
Established determination of the molecular weight.
