Actuator Rubber Diaphragm

We manufacture for our clients a wide range of actuator rubber diaphragms that are available in varied types of rubbers like nitrile, SBR, neoprene, silicone, viton, teflon and others. For adhesion the fabrics used in the production are treated with hot melt adhesives at room temperatures and make them set at high temperatures during vulcanisation by compression molding process.

The effective use of precision engineering in its manufacturing process makes them capable for one million cycle test at room temperature. Further the rubber material is properly designed and formulated to meet the varied needs of the industry.

Features:

Diaphragm can stand all corrosive application, acidic, alkaline, gases, high & low temperatures, high pressures and even corrosive acids.
For meeting the needs of low pressure rating, we offer them in thicknesses of mm 0.2 to 0.8 rubberised fabric, in each rubber.
