We offer to our clients imported and Indian grade silicone/viton gaskets that are manufactured from bio-pharmaceutical grade cured silicone. For better durability and performance, our silicone based products are processed as per “ARI 40”, ARI “50” , ARI “65” formulation specifications. Further the manufacturing, inspection & packing services are performed in a class 1000 clean
room environment.

The use of silicone offers to our clients many advantages which is not found in any other elastomer. Some of thee advantages include:

Better stability through out the temperature range of – 100 degree f to 450 degree f, where the products material properties remain unaffected.
ARI silicone are capable of multiple autoclaving, resistance to adhesion of blood and tissue due to its it’s inner diameter's exceptional smoothness of & physical properties.
Silicone is resistant to weathering, moisture, radiation, ozone, compression set and other chemical agents.
A compendium of ARI material tests & results in addition to USP 23 class VI test data on the finished products is available for validation tests on various ARI products.
Physio-chemical testing available for plastics.
